InterContinental Hotels Group – Ko Samui, Surat Thani – affecting guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. In addition, you’ll respond to guest needs and resolves any issues that may arise; supervise, direct and support Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations and Reservations teams during peak periods, assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests, conduct daily departmental briefings and provides input for regular Front Office meetings.
